Any vendor can ship you stuff off their shelves and get it there quickly and undamaged, that's the easy part. The hard part is when something goes wrong, the wrong part gets sent out (which is rare from my previous experiences) and then you look to the service aspect. This was handled very well and quickly, so even though I got the wrong part, I still give SMC an excellent rating. No one is perfect all the time, what you should look for is people who do the right thing when things aren't perfect. Thanks!
