All orders will only be shipped to confirmed addresses only. All orders must be pre-paid unless other payment terms are pre-arranged with approved credit. Late payments are subject to a 5% late fee. Michigan resident orders are subject to a 6% sales tax.

Michigan re-sellers and businesses: All customers located in Michigan will be charged 6% sales tax unless, prior to purchase, your account has been set up as tax exempt in our system. Please click here to be directed to our email form to initiate the tax exempt account setup.


Due to PayPal and credit card policy changes, processing fees will not be refunded on orders cancelled prior to shipment (2.9% order total for U.S. customers, 4.4% order total for international customers).

Shipping Information
Your order will be shipped upon receiving payment, unless other arrangements have been made. Next Day Air and Second Day Air delivery available upon request for an additional charge. We ship anywhere - customers outside the United States or in US territories, please visit our International Shipping page for more information on shipping for specific locations / items.

We insure all shipments for the replacement value, unless buyer instructs us otherwise. All orders in the continental USA are shipped ground, unless express delivery is specified and paid for by the customer (express delivery not available for air bags as these are considered hazmat products and delivered via ground shipping). Any orders shipped using our Free Shipping option will be shipped out using USPS or FedEx, whichever is less expensive. We cannot offer free shipping on orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or any address outside of the contiguous United States. For orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico, please select a shipping method from the dropdown menu. Customers outside of the US or in US territories, please refer to our International Shipping page.

Please use the map below as reference for FedEx ground shipping times. USPS does not provide a map of ship times. In general, packages shipped via USPS will be delivered in 2-8 business days. We are located in Auburn Hills, Michigan so the further the ship address is from our warehouse, the longer it will take to receive delivery. For orders that ship free, we will select which carrier to use. Expedited shipping is available via services from FedEx. Please see below for a brief description of the FedEx shipping options we offer.

International customers are responsible for all duties and taxes.

All freight charges must be prepaid, no COD.

Next Day Shipping customers please note: Order processing can take up to one business day. Orders will be shipped with the selected method after it has been processed. Next day air delivery not available Saturday or Sunday.

All orders placed after 12:00/noon EST. may not be processed or shipped until the next business day. This includes all expedited shipments. Next day air delivery not available Saturday or Sunday.

FedEx Ground - Delivers in 1-7 business days, based on the distance to the destination. Delivery by the end of business day, Monday through Friday. Not available for P.O. box delivery.

FedEx Home Delivery - Delivers in 1-7 business days between 9:00 am and 8:00 pm Tuesday - Saturday. Not available for P.O. box delivery.

FedEx Express Saver - Three day delivery, Monday - Friday, by 4:30 pm for business addresses, home delivery by 8:00 pm.

FedEx 2Day - Two day delivery, Monday - Friday, by 4:30 pm for business addresses, 8:00 pm for residential addresses.

FedEx Standard Overnight - Next business day delivery by 3:00 pm to most U.S. addresses, 4:30 pm to rural areas, 8:00 pm to residences.

All returned product(s) require an RMA prior to returning. Please use our contact form to request an RMA. All returned products must meet the following criteria:

We accept returns on most items for exchange, store credit or refund up to 14 calendar days after you receive delivery of the product(s). After 14 calendar days, we will offer no refund. New products must be in "new, unaltered, unmounted and unused condition".

Products that are not returnable within 14 days:

• Special orders or custom orders.
• Electrical parts, including all air bag and safety restraint parts.
• Items that show signs of damage, mounting or wear.
• Items that specifically list a different return policy period.

All item received in error or damaged in shipping from SMC must be reported to our Customer Support. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received in error from us, will qualify for exchange, store credit or a full refund including all shipping costs incurred.

All refunds, exchanges and store credits are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive.

All items that are returned to SMC damaged because of buyers poor packaging will not receive a refund.

All miss-ordered or returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, to and from SMC, if the item(s) were ordered in error, or customer no longer wants.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs if, after inspection, the item(s) is found not to be refundable or not covered under warranty.

Replacement items for products shipped to you in error, items you ordered incorrectly, or items covered under warranty, will not be shipped out to you from SMC until we receive and inspect the item(s) you are returning to us.

A refund to your credit card can take up to 10 days after we receive item for inspection due to bank processes.

You MUST contact us within 14 days of order receipt if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 14 days and/or WITHOUT contacting us for an RMA will NOT be refunded.

Warranty Information
New Parts: All new parts are covered by the manufacturers warranty.

Never Run (New Bulk Surplus) Parts: SMC Performance and Auto Parts Guarantees that all NEVER RUN part(s) to be 100% functional at time of receipt. If a problem is found with a part, SMC Performance and Auto Parts will repair or replace the part for up to 12 months after purchase at our discretion. If an equal part(s) is not available, SMC Performance and Auto Parts will refund the original purchase price, plus all shipping charges. These Parts DO NOT carry any guarantee or warranty by the original manufacturer.

Take Off / Used Parts: SMC Performance and Auto Parts will guarantee the condition of the part(s) to the customer's satisfaction at time of receipt. If parts are not to customer's satisfaction, SMC Performance and Auto Parts will refund the total purchase price. Part(s) condition can vary, so please clarify condition of part(s) needed at time of purchase.

Core Parts: Not usable in present condition. Electrical and mechanical part(s) may need to be repaired, re-machined, or re-built to be functional. Powertrain Control Modules (PCM/ECU) will need to be programmed with the vehicles information before using. SMC Performance and Auto Parts guarantees all core parts can be rebuilt, or will refund or exchange item(s).

Note: Pricing may vary with availability and condition of parts. SMC Performance and Auto Parts reserves the right to change pricing without prior notice. SMC Performance and Auto Parts does not cover, refund, or warranty any costs of labor, service, damage, injury or handling that were incurred by you. SMC Performance and Auto Parts only warranties the products as mentioned above.

There are no exceptions to the policies listed above.
